Flourish remembers what all employees have answered previously in recurring feedback chats.
By making the latest answer to the question visible, it makes it easier for the employee to reflect on the question and weigh their answer. The result is a higher response frequency and more accurate results.

Sometimes life comes in between and some in the team fail to respond to the latest feedback chat, even when Flourish automatically and kindly reminds us of the missed answers.
The chat is then added to the built-in queuing system that will remind the employee again at the next feedback chat.
