Flourish provides you and your colleagues with an anonymous and equitable platform to actively contribute to a positive work environment and share your thoughts and improvement suggestions with the organization.
No New Apps. No Passwords.
Using Flourish doesn’t require any new apps. Once you receive an invitation to activate your account—via SMS or email—you simply choose the chat platform you prefer and enter your unique code. After that, you’re connected to Flourish and will receive scheduled questions tailored to your team or department.

Optional chat channels
So, you don’t need to download a new app, you simply choose the chat channel that suits you best. If, for example, you don’t have Microsoft Teams, you can even choose to chat with Flourish via FB Messenger, which is a popular choice for many in retail and similar fields.
Of course, you can also choose SMS or email as your channel!
Flourish is available in multiple languages, which is why the first message is always in English. As soon as you enter your unique code, the language adjusts to the default language, e.g., Swedish.
Instead, each employee can choose which chat channel they want to use and then quickly and easily connect when they have been invited.
If none of Microsoft Teams, Slack, Facebook Messenger or Workplace by Facebook are suitable, Flourish can of course also chat via email or text message.




Why a chatbot?
Flourish offers an efficient and anonymized method for collecting employee feedback and driving actions. Through quick and simple chats, it reduces the time required for employees while making it easier for leaders to act on feedback. The Flourish pulse survey consists of four short questions answered monthly, taking only 15 seconds. Additionally, managers and leadership can send in-depth questions to gather anonymous feedback, while employees always remain anonymous.

How does it work?
Anonymity is very complex, and whether a person feels anonymous in surveys varies from individual to individual. Anonymity is one of our highest priorities at Flourish.
Simply put, you can think of the Flourish Chatbot as a mediator of your responses, where they are encrypted and anonymized before being shared further. Each chat you have with Flourish is separated from the others, meaning your manager/leader cannot see what feedback you’ve given previously, as that would risk your anonymity. See video
Examples of actions
Anonymity limit: At least four active members per team are required. If this is not met, the functionality will be disabled to avoid risking anonymity.
You have full transparency: You can see exactly what your anonymity is based on by visiting your Team Dashboard and viewing who is in your team.
Measurements are anonymized: All measurements and chats are separated from each other and presented like new email threads in your inbox. Feedback and measurements are always anonymized. Read more.




Interact in
Team Dashboard
Through Flourish Chatbot, all employees have easy access to their Team Dashboard. The portal where the entire team can interact and build engagement together.
In Team Dashboard, you as a leader can engage the entire team by letting them see their and the group’s measurement results, read and vote on improvement suggestions, tune in to tribute choirs to their colleagues and see upcoming feedback chats.

Praise your colleagues
Use Flourish to show that you appreciate your awesome colleagues!
By praising colleagues on a daily basis, you not only raise their own self-esteem but build commitment and success as a team.
The tributes are then displayed on your shared Team Dashboard available for everyone in the group to see and like.

Do not let good ideas fall between the chairs!
Directly in the chat thread with Flourish, your employees always have access to a call function that allows them to spontaneously give feedback and suggestions for improvement! Of course completely anonymous and divisible on the team’s common Dashboard if desired!
You as a manager can respond to the feedback to start a dialogue or use it as a basis for meetings and improvement work!
