We store your personal data for as long as they are needed for the above purposes and as long as you are a customer or as long as it has to be saved due to legal requirements, after which the data is deleted or de-identified. For marketing purposes, information older than 3 years is not used.
WHO CAN WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH?
Your personal information may be shared with other companies that perform services on behalf of us, such as analysis, distribution or other services to fulfill the agreement in which you are included as a party.

Mailchimp, (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, Georgia 30308. USA) is a tool we use to send important messages to our customers and partners, but is also used to send out market information to potential customers. When you provide your contact information to us, we will store this in this service to send important information and/or market information to you.
• Oderland (hosting service)
We use Oderland Webbhotell AB, Östra Hamngatan 50B, 411 09 Gothenburg. Org. No. 556680-8746 as a provider of hosting services to our customers. Once we have received your contact information, selected parts will also be stored in your account with Oderland for the service’s functionality.
YOUR RIGHTS
According to EU data protection legislation, you as a user have certain statutory rights in relation to the personal data we handle about you. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to correction and deletion and the right to object to processing, such as direct marketing. You also have the right to complain to the national data protection authority, the Data Inspectorate.
